Handcross have always been pioneers when it comes to the development of the younger generation and as you can see from the picture below we have an example of how to look after yourself and prepare for Football both physically and mentally in order to cope with the stress of life with the Tigers. I am sure clubs will look to follow our lead in order to maximise the impact of their own youth academy
